Your Division Director is always YOUR FIRST POINT OF CONTACT when you need to ask questions about anything board related. If she is unavailable or cannot help, here are some helpful guidelines about getting to the right person quick!
If you have questions about the RULES, contact your Division Director first. If she can’t help, the President or President-elect is the next best place to go.
The President-elect is who you contact about how to CHANGE AN EXISTING RULE.
If you have SCHEDULING QUESTIONS OR TROUBLE ENTERING SCORES, THE DATA ADMINISTRATOR IS YOUR GAL.
The Vice President handles putting together the DIRECTORY, planning the spring LUNCHEON, and ordering the AWARDS for each division.
Yes, the Treasurer handles the money, but if you need a REFUND, get in touch with the Data Administrator first. She has to request the refund.
